The Reyes Agency is seeking a driven Account Manager who can confidently generate new business, close sales, and build long-term client relationships—while also delivering a high level of customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative selling, and understands that great service creates long-term growth and referrals.
You will play a key role in agency success by managing customer relationships, conducting policy reviews, identifying coverage gaps, and converting warm and cold leads into loyal clients.
Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to your Day 1 start date. We provide support and guidance to help you complete the licensing process.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and consistent pipeline activity
- Quote, present, and close insurance solutions using a needs-based sales approach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and account growth
- Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional products
- Resolve customer questions and complex service issues promptly and professionally
- Support renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage updates while identifying sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and close business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (preferred)
- Ability to balance sales performance with a high standard of customer service
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
- Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health
