What You’ll Do
- Engage proactively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Present and explain insurance products across auto, home, life, health, and financial services
- Process applications, endorsements, renewals, billing updates, and service requests efficiently
- Educate clients through clear, consultative conversations that build trust
- Contribute to retention efforts, cultivate referrals, and support agency growth
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses preferred—licensing support available if needed
- Prior State Farm agency experience or insurance background is a strong plus
- Comfort with computer systems, documentation, and workflow management
- A customer-first mindset paired with confidence in consultative sales
- Professional communication, strong follow-through, and a team-driven attitude

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
