If you're a licensed Life & Health professional with proven sales success—especially within the State Farm ecosystem—this role is built for you. We’re seeking a Remote Life Insurance Specialist who understands consultative selling, excels in a structured environment, and is driven to maximize earning potential while working from home.

What You’ll Do
- Sell life and health insurance products to warm prospects and existing clients
- Conduct virtual consultations to uncover needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Guide clients through applications, policy servicing, and claims-related support
- Build and manage your remote book of business through leads, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Maintain full compliance with state regulations, documentation requirements, and agency standards
What We’re Looking For

Active Life & Health license (required)
- Prior experience with State Farm or a similar captive agency model strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in life insurance sales and relationship management
- Strong self-motivation, discipline, and organizational skills
- Comfort working with virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
