Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage English- and Spanish-speaking prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads to secure new business
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain consistent communication
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance benchmarks
- Stay up to date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Confident, professional, and driven to succeed in a sales-focused role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
