Your Role:
- Proactively reach out to Spanish- and English-speaking clients to identify their insurance needs.
- Recommend appropriate solutions across auto, home, life, health, and financial products.
- Manage applications, policy changes, renewals, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Educate clients through needs-based conversations using your State Farm system expertise.
- Build trust, provide value, and contribute to retention and referral growth.
What You Bring:

Fluency in Spanish and English (required).

Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus).

State Farm agency experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in systems
- A service-first mindset with the ability to recognize and act on sales opportunities.
- Professionalism, organization, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
