Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with English- and Spanish-speaking prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads to close new business
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Stay informed on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Confident, professional, and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we’ll help you get started)
- Prior sales experience is preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus
